It is in beautiful condition and encased in the ever classic ebony finish. Its size gives the instrument a big, full sound and responsive action not found in a baby grand.

For many decades, Kimball was one of the most popular American piano brands. For a significant period they were owned by Bösendorfer, the premium manufacturer since 1828 of handcrafted pianos in Vienna, Austria. The Viennese Edition grands were Bösendorfer scale designs manufactured in a lower price point.

Kimball was also a major American furniture manufacturer, to this day operating as "Kimball International."
