SOLD! This slightly used Steinway D Ebony Polish has been part of Steinway & Sons' Festival Program for the past seven years. During its entire time in the program, the piano has been meticulously maintained and only performed and rehearsed on by a select group of the world's finest pianists, most accomplished students and renowned Steinway artists.

The Festival Program, managed out of Steinway & Sons' famous Concert & Artist Department in New York, has for many decades provided Steinway and Boston pianos to the Nation's top summer piano festivals - including Aspen, Tanglewood, Brevard and Boudoin.

The instruments are performed on for only three months each year and are continually tuned and maintained to the highest levels, like in the world's great music conservatories and performing arts centers.

This particular model D 9' concert grand has recently arrived and is ready for audition by interested parties. Having gone through the Steinway factory's full inspection and prep in New York, it is in perfect technical condition. The instrument is encased in a gorgeous and durable ebony polish finish.

As with all new Steinway pianos, the instrument will be prepped before delivery by our Steinway factory-trained senior piano technician, Barbara Campbell. Also included is the Steinway factory warranty, the matching padded/adjustable artist bench and two complimentary tunings, one prior to and one after delivery.
